Morganne's approach to seeking health and happiness is as holistic as her training. A classical Pilates instructor since 2010, Morganne draws from her knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology to design workout regimens specific to each client’s structure, weaknesses, strengths, and health goals. In addition, her passion for creative nutrition helps clients to build physical strength and to more deeply connect with their bodies in order to optimize results. Beyond her certification in Pilates mat and apparatus training, Morganne is also fully certified in the Barre Method, and relishes in her ceaseless, self-driven quest to continually pursue her own nutritive and fitness education.
